Ray Doreian entered the Insurance Industry

 

1974

 

Co-Founded The Employer Communications Company

 

1974-1976

 

Coded and developed the first COMPUTER-BASED EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT INCOME SECURITY ACT (ERISA) report generating system.

 
  • Satisfied ERISA reporting requirements and minimized time to file by using computers.
  • Also co-authored Prentice Hall’s "ERISA Plan Administrator's Desk Book".
  • This was the first and authoritative book to assist employers implementing the ERISA mandates.

     

1993

 

The TriniCore Company was FOUNDED.

  • Promoted a ground breaking option to the Clinton National Health Plan proposal that received wide acclaim from Philadelphia and New Jersey employers. This plan used a unique strategy to prevent the significant income tax consequences of that 1990s National Health Plan Proposal.

  

1999

 

Designed and created the nation’s FIRST SINGLE POINT BILLING NATIONAL HEALTH PLAN.

  • Single-point billing provided uniform coverage across state-lines.
  • Uniform discounts and coverage across state lines nationwide
  • Significant administration burden lifted.

 

2008

 

Gave EXPERT TESTIMONY before the House and Human Services Committee

  • Outlined some of the major drawbacks with the proposed healthcare plans

2013-2015

 

Designed a revolutionary HOLISTIC INTEGRATIVE INSURANCE PLAN.
